Getting Started
How do I start playing?
Simply visit the homepage and choose one of our three games: Crown Slots, Teacup Dice Quest, or Royal Blackjack. Each game starts you with 1,000 virtual coins. No registration required!
Is there a mobile app?
CrownTeaQuest is a web-based platform that works on all devices. Simply visit our website from any smartphone, tablet, or computer, and you're ready to play.
Account & Progress
How is my progress saved?
Your game progress, balances, and statistics are automatically saved in your browser's local storage. This means your data stays on your device and is ready whenever you return.
Can I play on multiple devices?
Since data is stored locally in your browser, your progress on one device won't sync to another. Each device maintains its own separate game data.
How do I reset my balance?
Each game has a "Reset Game" button that allows you to restore your balance to 1,000 coins and start fresh.
Game Help
Crown Slots
- Set your bet amount using the slider (5-100 coins)
- Click "Spin the Reels" to play
- Match symbols to win: Three Crowns = 10x, Two matching = 2x
- Your balance updates automatically after each spin
Teacup Dice Quest
- Choose your prediction: Low (2-6), Lucky 7, or High (8-12)
- Set your bet amount
- Click "Roll the Dice" to play
- Win based on your prediction: Lucky 7 = 5x, Low/High = 2x
Royal Blackjack
- Click "Deal Cards" to start a new hand
- Choose "Hit" to draw another card or "Stand" to keep your current hand
- Try to get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over
- Blackjack (21 with two cards) pays 2.5x, regular wins pay 2x
Technical Issues
The game isn't loading properly
Try these steps:
- Refresh your browser page
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Check your internet connection
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere
My progress was lost
If you cleared your browser data, your progress may have been reset. Game data is stored locally in your browser, so clearing browser data will remove saved progress.
The game is running slowly
Close other browser tabs or applications to free up system resources. Our games run best on modern browsers with updated software.
Virtual Currency
What is virtual currency?
Virtual coins are used within our games for entertainment purposes only. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.
Can I purchase more coins?
No. CrownTeaQuest is a free entertainment platform. You cannot purchase virtual coins, and we don't accept any payments.
What happens if I run out of coins?
Simply use the "Reset Game" button to restore your balance to 1,000 coins and continue playing.
